1.66-00-1: When detecting MX1, use socket=0 when calling WEPDOS
           in AVA-INIT.BAT.
           Support Symbol and Lucent radio cards when reading NET.CFG.

1.66-00:   Improve handling of auto-run packages.
	   Single Avalanche directory now supports MX1, MX2, MX3 and VX1.
	   Report screen size as 0/0 for all terminals.
	   Enabler is released as its own directory and files and no
	   longer integrated with LXE's ZIP files.

1.65-00-1: Determine MAC address before serial config with Enabler.
	   Use default LXE config.sys files.

	   The AVA directory contains the necessary files for the 
	   Avalanche Enabler.  

	   LXE's AUTOEXEC.ALL should be modified at TWO locations:

	   - C:\AVA\AVA-INIT.BAT must be called BEFORE the radio drivers 
	     are loaded.  This is needed so that the Enabler can support 
	     LEAP and WEP configurations.

	   - C:\AVA\AUTOEXEC.BAT must be called AFTER the radio drivers 
	     are loaded.  This is needed to run the Avalanche Enabler.
